Throughout her career, Lauren has worked alongside CEOs and executive teams as they build and grow their businesses, providing senior people leadership while leaders stay focused on strategy, execution, and scale. Her experience spans international and multi-market environments, giving her a practical understanding of how organizations evolve across geographies, cultures, and stages of maturity.
Lauren brings a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to leadership, organizational design, and culture, grounded in the belief that strong people practices enable performance, not the other way around.
She is a certified executive and team coach and holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA from the Ivey Business School.
